    • ]]>     If you’re looking at this and have read any of my other posts, you’ll notice that the site has had a makeover that would make Nick Knowles and his DIY SOS team proud!

    supreme-oakley-sunglasses-1Gone are the default WordPress colours and images – there are so many bright colours now you need a pair of sunglasses to view it!

    I used the same idea as I described in my 2 minute guide to creating a WordPress theme, only this time I had to do the design myself.

    I started off with a Russian style font, added a few rounded boxes and finally a sun. After a bit of helpful advice from Ryan DC, I ditched the font, chose a new sunnier mexican style and added a bit of colour to my post boxes. Sounds easy and something that you can do in a couple of hours, but as I don’t know my Airbrush from my Elliptical Marquee it took me a little bit longer.

    It’s certainly not complete and there’s a few improvements to make but one thing is for sure – it’s better than what was there before!
